Grace Yan is a seasoned AIGC expert, a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT), and a Microsoft Gold Partner Instructor. She also serves as a bilingual (Chinese and English) instructor for the Microsoft 365 products. Holding multiple professional certifications from Microsoft, she has earned the distinction of being a Microsoft Office Master, as well as a certified specialist in Microsoft Power BI, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word (with a perfect mark in Microsoft Office Word certification exam). Furthermore, Grace is the founder of the self-media platform "Office Goddess".

Possesses a wealth of training experience in AIGC and the Microsoft 365 products for many Fortune 500 enterprises, covering applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Power BI, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive for Business, Forms, Outlook, Loop and so on. Over the years, she has consistently addressed practical application issues for clients and trainees, reaching more than 100,000 trainees offline. Her training is delivered bilingually both in Chinese and English (TEM8). Grace is also fluency in listening, speaking, reading, writing, and translation.
